AppStore error when downloading Xcode ver 12.5.1, notification of insufficient space is displayed, but there is enough?
The crux of the matter is this. I wanted to reinstall Xcode version 12.5.1, but the appstore, when I try to download, displays a notification that there is not enough free space, although I have plenty of space, or rather 36GB, and the program weighs 11-12GB. After that, I immediately went to Google and even found a few tips: restarting the computer, creating a file with garbage, and then deleting it, etc. But not one was successful. Therefore, I ask you to help me - give advice. (MacOs Big Sur version 11.4)

Good afternoon!
This is the standard situation. Try to free 40-50 GB and it should boot. If there is an old ixcode, you need to delete its system files (simulators, cache, etc.)
