How to install apt-get?

Good afternoon! apt-get is needed to install packages. when you try to use it, the terminal swears that the command was not found:
sudo: apt-get: command not found
googled the ability to install this utility, found only a couple of broken links in one place.
Please respond if anyone knows how to solve this problem.

install a Debian-like tux distribution on your macbook and use apt-get to its full potential.
