Installing MacOsX(PowerPc) on a non-PowerPc machine?

The bottom line is this:
You need to port the application to MacOsX (PowerPc), for this you need to put this OS on your non -PowerPc PC (because there are no apple machines nearby, and buying a new one is not an option), so here's how this can be done (if maybe at all)?
P.s. PearPC does not offer - it's impossible to install through it.

If the application is sharpened for powerPC AND MacOSx (namely X, not 9.x), then it should run on any MacOSX, up to 10.5.x, where Rosetta is present. There are many ready-made assemblies on torrents for non-native iron, including vmware images.
