MacOS High Sierra are there features on a regular PC?

I want to install Mac OS High Sierra on my system, removing Windows 10.
I put it in order to develop on ReactNative under IOS (so far I can only under Android, because Windows).
The question itself is: will the Iphone emulator work just as well on a regular PC with Mac OS installed, or does it need a specialized PC for Mac?
Anyway, what can you say about the idea, instead of buying a full-fledged Mac, installing this system on your own, regular PC, maybe there are nuances?
PS I would be very grateful for the answers.

But even picking up the hardware, you will have to set it up a bit, it will literally work for a couple of hours. The most important thing to do is to start SpeedStep, discarding unnecessary SSDT tables.
The hack works perfectly, including all Apple services working and XCode also working. Installation is no more complicated than installing Windows. In your case, installing a hackintosh is quite simple, read the specialized sites. Install the bootloader only Clover. Well, the Intel Core i5-4670 does mac mini for the same price several times.
But HiSierra freezes on this video card! At 4600 it also does not behave very well. Yes, and the real people have problems with this OS, so it's better to install either ElCapitan or Sierra. Sierra is faster than El Capitan for me.
