Is it possible to run a hackintosh without a flash drive?

I have a hackintosh installed on an external SSD drive and when I start it, I always insert a USB flash drive and an SSD drive into the USB connectors. Tell me, is it possible to do something to run the hackintosh from an external disk without a flash drive?
