macscripter.ru is a good block with articles for beginner Mac programmers. There are few articles yet, but the blog is developing.

touchdev.ru as the liveliest of the Russian-speaking ones. In general, in most cases, there is enough documentation from Apple + Q&A on touchdev / askdev. If you write a game on coconut, then the coconut forum. Of the English-speaking ones, there is one large forum, I constantly get to it through Google, I don’t remember the name.
