Mackbook Air 13' 2015 gets very hot, what should I do?

Even when watching a twitch.tv stream in one tab, this single(!) process loads the processor by ~100%. Accordingly, the laptop gets very hot. Not to mention games. In principle, this does not bother me, but I'm worried about the "stuffing". Is this the norm? Will it turn off automatically when it reaches a critical point? Do the components "melt"? What do you generally recommend?

Flash (twitch.tv) and games are very voracious, so it's not surprising that on a MacBook they eat so much and heat the system.
But in general, there is nothing to worry about, if the processor overheats, it will simply start throttling and performance will drop for a while.
