MacBook won't start after reinstall?

Today I reinstalled macos for some reason, went into the recovery menu, cleared the disk and reinstalled the system. Now, for several hours now, some kind of download has just been going on with the Apple icon, and when it ends, a white screen flashes for a second, and the download starts again. Coolers are very buzzing, although the laptop is not heated. What to do and how to log in?

Solved a problem. It turned out that I had to turn off the laptop itself for a few minutes and plug it into another outlet, lol, and after that everything was successfully installed.
