MacBook Pro won't go to sleep, why?

Good day.
After reinstalling the system, the macbook stopped going to sleep, the display turns off and continues to work (noisy).
In the energy saving mode, even in the “power supply” mode, I turned off the wake-up from sleep mode if there was something with the Internet (network).
But he doesn't leave anyway, what's the reason? And how to fix it?

@Avilov01

The issue was resolved through the terminal using the command "pmset - ... "
In general, this is setting the sleep mode through the terminal.
Through the command: "pmset -g assertions" you can see which processes are preventing you from falling asleep.
After searching the Internet and understanding what kind of information this command gives by typing, I fixed everything) I
used the commands:
- "pmset -g assertions"
- "pmset -g"
