Macbook pro 2015 128 or 256?
Good afternoon!
Need advice from macbook owners.
A laptop is needed for:
Learning swift and honing skills in web development.
After much deliberation, the choice fell on:
Macbook 13 Early 2015 i5 2.7 / 8GB / 128GB (It is possible to buy the 128gb version for 25,000 cheaper than the 256gb version).
Questions:
Is it possible to "live and work" with a 128 gb SSD?
Should I consider version 256 if the price difference is 25,000?
Will it have enough power for my tasks?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I don’t know about swift, but it’s better to play it safe and buy another guarantee, see this question and my answer Macbook pro 13 trackpad doesn’t work?
I have 13" 2014, 16/1tb and honestly I'll say that it's not enough, even though I keep all the video material on external hard drives.
With coding, a different situation is possible
1) maybe
2) not worth it. It's better to change ssd to 400+gb for this money, there will also be an external / spare one
3) that's enough
Perhaps we should not rush for 2015? There will be very few differences from late 2013, and the last one can probably even be found new without problems.
The firmware itself with 16GB of memory and 256 ssd is more than enough for work. I do not remember that I had less than 50GB of free space. (but this is taking into account that I have a laptop exclusively for working outside the home, there is a poppy at home with an external block of HDDs).
Xs, I bought at 128, there was another 1TB hard exterior at home. It's enough for me, I'm doing the front end,
but this is how it heats up, this poppy...
I have 15k with 500GB, I don’t think about the place (there are also external HDDs), my colleague has 13k with 128, I often troll him about this - he constantly demolishes some projects in order to raise new ones, then when an old project is needed - the procedure is repeated. And yes, forget about multimedia, torrents, and so on. The software will also eat the norms, except for the system. In general, IMHO, 128 is suitable for simple users who need to read mail and these internets of yours. For work, you need at least 256. For work + hobbies / photos / etc, 500 is better. Well, external ones for stored data. You will spend so much time cleaning the screw and maintaining free space in a year that you will lose more than 25k. 128GB on a MacBook is like an iPhone with 16GB.
Yes, and as far as I know, larger drives are faster in macbooks.
In general, the line will be updated soon. Just a month or two left. Buying now is not the time. In a couple of months for the same money it will be possible to take a new model or buy mid 2015 cheaper.
