Macbook Air 2013 (13.1) 8GB, i7, 256SSD for Photoshop and Ableton?

They offered this Air for a good price.
Therefore, the question is as substantive as possible - is it suitable for quite applied tasks (Photoshop, Chandelier, Ableton)?
And is it worth discarding the superstition that all airs are folding cosmetic bags for girls?
