MacBook Pro 15 2015 what should be the temperature?

Good afternoon!
I bought myself a MacBook Pro 15 2015.
Processor Number - i7-4770HQ,
TJUNCTION - 100 degrees,
Cost Axis - El Capitan 10.11.6.

There are 2 questions:
1) Is it worth switching to another axis, it seems to me that this one is the most stable and optimal, is it?
2) I changed the thermal paste, cleaned it from dust, I missed everything well, I have a lot of experience in doing this, but the following situation arises as soon as I load the computer, for example, I turn on three 4k videos, the processor temperature can jump sharply from 50 degrees to 95 - 100 and coolers do not take it out i.e. it stays in this area, while the maximum temperature during processor operation can be 100, i.e. I understand everything, but it’s not normal as it seems to me (if it’s normal for a poppy, please tell me). Tell me where to drip or can this be normal?
Before that, there were a million laptops on Windows, and not a single one got warm like that, i.e. even if I super load it and it does not take out such a load, the processor temperature did not rise above 85-90. I reset the SCMP settings or something like that, it also did not help. Thank you all in advance!

1. Mojave is stable and beautiful. And, IMHO, faster than El Capitan, Sierra and High Sierra + more energy efficient. Send advisers "not to be updated" by the forest, these are Old Believers. A month or two after the release of a new axle, there are rough spots in places, otherwise these are always improvements. Well, after six months + the system has long been stable. At the MBP 15 "2015 itself (though with discrete video).
2. If you turn 4K videos or otherwise load iron to the eyeballs, then 100 degrees is the normal operating temperature. Before cleaning (I didn’t clean or lubricate for 3 years), even at low loads, the fans took off and the temperature was in the 90+ range. After cleaning, of course, it passed, but at high loads it still heats up under a hundred, this is the norm for firmware. In a typical workload (PhpStorm, Safari, iTerm, a web server, and a dozen or so small applications):
When PhpStorm indexes a large project from scratch, the fans are at maximum and the temperature is 92-96 usually. However, even at 100 degrees, it is quite possible to hold it on your hands, there is no strong discomfort. Once I had a Dell, so I heated my apartment with it in the winter. Even without load, 10 minutes after switching on, it is impossible to keep on your knees.

For PRO, this is normal temperature, don't worry.
Again, not every average vidyaha exports three 4k videos, your GPU was in overload

A temperature of 100 degrees is normal. You should not expect good heat dissipation from a piece of iron with such dimensions and, therefore, no cooling system. The percent will not melt - to protect against damage, it will throttle a little.
Cold under load can only be a PC in a large, spacious case with a well-thought-out cooling system. LSS or large fans-radiators. But not a thin compact poppy, alas. Cheer up, but you can keep the mug warm on it.

You can install MacsFan Control

It's not normal to run 3 videos in 4k on such hardware. Everything else is normal. Do not forget that you are using third-party software and the accuracy of the data is in question. I would dig towards the paste, which one did you use? Looking ahead, I’ll say that even the MX-4 is worse than the stock Apple one, right after the warranty came out I changed the thermal paste and the temperature rose from 36-38 to 42-46.
After that, I got confused and bought a dose of liquide for a lot of money (in fact, now xiaomi can be bought for this money;) and the temperature still does not reach 2 degrees. Now I’m telling everyone that I have liquide because its cost is more expensive than gerycha and only majors can afford it. So while you are all measuring pussy and shining apples, I have already reached a new level, I carry thermal paste with me everywhere)
UPD: Probably I did not express myself clearly, just to clarify - liquid pro is 2 degrees less than the stock paste in idle time, it led to the fact that 2 degrees of that money is definitely not worth it. Experiments were conducted on Macbook Pro 2016

As far as I know, Apple is focused on a comfortable pastime in front of Macs. Therefore, coolers gain momentum when they are ordered by engineers. Change the termuhu once a year and do not bother. Nothing will happen to the stone from overheating. There seems to be lead-free soldering on the board. Well, either you have a completely fucked up device.
