Macbook Pro 13 Retina TB: Should I get it for web development?

Greetings!
This is a continuation of the first question about choosing a new laptop for web development. The first one is MacBook Pro or Microsoft Surface Book: what to choose?
Let me repeat briefly, running daily: PhpStorm, local server, Gulp, Chrome with at least 6-10 tabs, often also Photoshop/Adobi XD and all sorts of instant messengers, etc. An external monitor Ultrawide 29 inches 2560x1080 is also connected daily. In fact, I don’t need a monitor every day, but I use it because the screen of my Lenovo laptop is just awful :)
In the topic mentioned above, I chose between Microsoft Surface Book and MacBook. I decided to take a MacBook after all, but ... now I'm stuck with the choice between the 13-inch and 15-inch versions. The price difference is not small, but I don't want to save money, I want to buy a new laptop faster :))

At 15, everything is the same, only the 4-core process, a discrete Radeon video card and a diagonal of 15 inches, respectively.
Actually, I'm thinking of taking a 13 inch model, but it's hard to decide ... Maybe 15 is better. Help advice, please, to finally make a choice. Thank you!

Ex, there is a great topic where I painted everything on the same topic as yours! 50 comments, if not too lazy to read - you will learn a lot of interesting things. The choice of Macbook Pro for design and xCode - 15" 2015 vs. 13" 2016-17 and 15" 2016?
In short: it's better to take 2018 if possible, 13k there with i5 4x core, which are more powerful than i7 in 15k 17!
But for Photoshop is poorly optimized and in 13k the standard site layout does not fit 100% on the screen without scrolling, because due to the size of the panels (which cannot be narrowed) 2/3 of the screen area remains!
Also, when choosing a laptop with us, I recommend looking at the reviews before buying on the hotline, since there is no service in Ukraine for "unofficial" laptops! An authorized Apple service in Ukraine will not take your MacBook for repair under warranty in case of anything, and therefore the service of the store where you buy is important, they carry them in case of a breakdown to Europe to the SC that they take for repair or to the Apple Store!
