Macbook Pro 13' late-2011 (i7 2.8 Ghz) - turbo boost?

There is very conflicting information about this feature on the Internet. Can anyone confirm that turbo boost actually works on this model?

here is info on the processor , but it’s clear that this is a new i7 and there is a turbo boost
