MacBook Pro 13 vs MacBook Pro 15, what to choose for web development?
Good afternoon!
Is a 13'' Retina display enough for a web developer to work comfortably?
In my work I use PHPStorm, VirtualBox, Git and more.
Please share your experience. Thank you.

If you need any mobility, then 13", otherwise 15".
When I took 13 "pro, I thought that the diagonal would not be enough for ide and browsing, but due to the high resolution it fits almost as much as on full hd, you just need to get used to it.
Similarly, if you want to save money, then 13" is enough for the eyes .
I'm not a developer, but as for me, the place is too milky at 13 inches. For a full-screen running ide, it will be enough, but it will be inconvenient to place something nearby. If there is a second monitor, then you can choose this option and write comfortably. I just can not work not on two monitors. If the laptop will always be at home / at work, then 15 will be a good choice.
You can get used to either 13 or 15. In general, a matter of several days. Here we need to solve the problem a little differently.
If you often carry a laptop with you, then it’s better to get used to 13, it weighs significantly less and it’s more comfortable to work with it because of this. If you do not plan to carry a laptop, then 15 is better.
In any case, if you have a stationary workplace, then nothing will stop you from connecting a couple of large external monitors to your laptop and working with great comfort.
If you're thinking in terms of power, then forget about it. I have 13 at work, it perfectly pulls a million programs + 2 large external monitors.
In any case, then you will connect the monitor. Choose the one that is comfortable for you to carry.
