Macbook pro 13" 2017 makes noise during normal tasks. What else can I do?

Hey! I have a Macbook pro 13" 2017, the most basic model. Over time, I began to notice that during some ordinary activities (scrolling VKontakte feeds or other heavy sites, watching videos in Telegram, launching PyCharm, booting the system), the macbook began to make fan noise. Quite I started to think that it was time to clean and replace the thermal paste, and roll the system over to a clean one (before that I just updated it).

I disassembled it, replaced the dried thermal paste (there was almost no dust). You do not touch it - it is silent. You start to launch a browser, load heavy sites, run some other applications - it starts to make noise!

I think maybe the latest mac os x monterey is too heavy for him. Installed Big Sur. In the process of installation and adjustment, he continued to take off into the stratosphere. It seemed to me that earlier in the process of setting up the system (selecting a language, setting a password), the macbook did not work at high speeds.

What happened? Don't all similar macbooks work like that? What else can be done?

Here is a screenshot of the sensors. Macbook idle after booting

Solved a problem. It turned out that I put too little thermal paste or badly pressed the radiator. It can be seen from the photo. I applied the thermal paste again (just with longitudinal "sausages" in the center of the crystals, and before that I evenly smeared it over the entire area) and the macbook immediately quieted down, the temperatures dropped. Everything is great on Mojave right now. I will test on newer systems.61a87a675397c023423300.jpeg

Even a bit high 80-90 degrees for the CPU in idle.
Did you replace the thermal paste everywhere? Both on the CPU and on the southbridge chip? Is the heatpipe screwed tightly to the board? Are the fans dust-free?
