Macbook lete 2013 15" graphics switching problem?

Hello. There is such a problem. Macbook late 2013 15 "(gt 750m). When switching graphics in 10.14.5 (and other slightly older systems), the screen goes blank for 0.5 seconds. Well, this is half the trouble, since it does not cause very much discomfort.

Panic only with a connected monitor or without it also appears?
The MacBook is old, most likely the chip was reballed because it was problematic (fell off) and even though it pulls tests, there may be something wrong with it. But all this can only be diagnosed in the service.
