Macbook from Europe. Is it worth buying?

Guys, this is a question. I thought about buying a macbook from the hands of fresh years, I came across advertisements for the sale of laptops bought in Poland, Norway. Moreover, it is surprising that a 2018 macbook with 32gb of memory has a 2.2gz processor, although since this year they have basically all gone 2.6 and higher? What's the catch? Well, the main question is, take not take and why ??)))
