MacBook does not turn on after installing MacOS (forbidden sign and loading sign, screenshot) - what should I do?

A "forbidden" sign and a "loading" sign when turning on a MacBook after a swap. What can be done?

It does not see the disk, if the reboot does not help, then either disassemble and try to disconnect-connect the disk, or boot from a USB flash drive, or carry it to the SC.

Try to turn off the screen during loading, there will be more information, what exactly is the problem.
