MacBook charger broke twice in a row, what is the reason?

A week ago, charging suddenly stopped working, the indicator started flashing green. Yesterday I bought a new charger for Avito, it was charging normally all day, and this morning I found that the second charge also stopped showing signs of life. I sin on the outlet, because yesterday I used another one. Or is it worth checking the laptop itself?

Comrades, thanks to everyone who tried to help in the matter, I want to share with you the secret of "broken chargers".
It turned out that it was just a wild coincidence. Each of the chargers failed due to the fact that both had a broken capacitor or xs, as this crap is called - such a black one. I found this out by disassembling the charges and finding that fragments of these same capacitors spilled out of them.
The first charge fell, right before the fall, and the second I lightly hit and apparently it was the last one for her.
In the original charge, it turned out that only one small piece of the capacitor broke off, I pushed the leg to the remnants and the charge started charging perfectly) So, be careful and do not throw / hit the block, it has fragile parts!
PS Of course I will change the charger, don't worry)

How old is the laptop and charger? It looks like you have a voltage jump of 220, since the charging breaks. Are there any problems with other devices?
