Question for electronics specialists, charger-discharge device

Please advise a cheaper and simple charger-discharger for a non-specialist, which will help restore the battery from a screwdriver.

Battery 14.4V, 1.2Ah, NiCd.

Even if there is, it will cost more than a new battery. and possibly a new battery, taking into account the delivery, may / will cost more than the newest screwdriver.
A consumer society...
if there is only one battery, it might be worth giving it to an organization that will restore it. most likely they will open it and replace the non-working elements of the block with new ones and reload it. if your batteries are on sale, then it’s better to just buy a new one and don’t worry about it.

I don’t understand anything in the schematics, so I asked - for a non-specialist, “I plugged it in and it worked.”
Regarding the new acc - a new one costs a little more than a thousand, if the charger costs less than two thousand, I think it's profitable, it's cheaper than buying a new acc once a year.
