MacBook Air M1, I connect a 4k monitor to it through a hub, everything is soapy and lags, how to fix it?

I connect via a hub, via HDMI, as the main monitor, everything is somehow in soap, freezes occur, as for me everything is very bad, it seems to lag. This poppy does not export? Is there any way to fix or adjust it?
