Macbook Air 2012 only charges when plugged in in sleep state?

Macbook Air 2012 charging very strange. If you connect the charger with the screen open, the adapter lights up green, although the poppy is 30%, but if you close the poppy for a few seconds, the charging starts glowing red, open the poppy and charging goes on. Who knows what is involved? Please help, there is quarantine in Ukraine now, because of the epidemic, and everything is closed, there is nowhere to take it for repairs‍♂️

I have a similar garbage with air2014 sometimes happens. When the charging is green, I just pull it out, turn it 180 degrees and insert it again. For 2-3 times it starts to burn yellow.

In "normal" laptops, this happens because of a "dead" charger. First, try a different charger.
