Mac OS X on VMware - a few questions

I installed os x 10.9.2 on the VMware player virtual machine on the laptop. A couple of questions:
1. How to add permission? That in the VMware settings, that in the makosi itself there is no 1366x768 I need.
2. A virtual machine is still a crutch, very slow. And I'm afraid to install a hackintosh - Windows litsuha oem :) So, is it possible to create a virtual hard disk, stick a poppy on it and add Windows to the bootloader? To run as a full axis.

2 laptop with UEFI? If yes, then do not be afraid, the key is sewn into the UEFI itself, and is automatically picked up by the installer.

You need to set a custom maximum adapter resolution in the player settings (Specify monitor settings). As for the braking crutch - it all depends on the resources of your hardware - it does not slow down on my ASUS X550LC.
