Mac OS Terminal -> NO LOGINS

Hello!

When opening the terminal, it says: And it doesn’t let me do anything :( At the same time, the system does not go down and nothing happens at all. How can I remove this thing? Thanks in advance

Boot into Safe boot mode and remove the /etc/nologin file
