Mac mini 2018 not displaying a picture on the monitor?

Hello everyone, I've run into this problem. Mac mini 2018 from the start does not display a picture on the monitor (Samsung sa350). If I overflow HDMI into the TV, it works like a clock, after that if I plug HDMI into the monitor again, it also starts working. I was told that the minka from the start throws 4k and the monitor does not understand and does not give out pictures, but the TV set does not care. I don’t know how to fix it, and on the last Mojave and on Catalina this situation

Resolved the issue by replacing the cable with HDMI 2.0
