Mac Min M1 with 8GB of RAM, what will they last?

I want to buy myself a new computer. But looking at the price tags, I put it mildly, ofigel. Therefore, now I am considering buying a used Mac Mini as an alternative option.

The tasks are as follows. It is necessary that without lags and brakes work simultaneously:
- a pair of browsers with 5-10 tabs each;
- PyCharm or something from Adobe (Photoshop/LightRoom);
- Telegram, plus a couple of small similar programs;
- YouTube video on the background in one of the browsers.

At the same time, everyone would like to work as comfortably as possible: so that everything works quickly and smoothly, without freezes, lags, and other things.

Attention, the question is: is 8 GB of RAM enough for the above?

ps. for example, now I have a Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2012 lying around somewhere with an SSD and 4GB of RAM - launching a browser with 1-2 tabs + PyCharm - I get HELL! Lags are just tin. Will this happen with the Mac Mini?

Weird. I had one, only recently I changed it to a newer one, I didn’t notice the brakes, the load was at the level.
