How to install j2objc on macbook air?

Greetings. I have a simple webview android app. Now you need an iOS app. I downloaded xcode and found the Google j2objc converter, but I just can't figure out how to use it. According to the Google instructions, nothing sensible happened. Probably because I just started to get acquainted with the poppy.
