After the latest chrome updates, macbook started to heat up wildly?

When you open more than 7 tabs, cooling starts to work quietly. at more than 20 - finally hell is already scary. Anyone else in a similar situation or is it just me?

Safari and Chrome are constantly open as browsers (20-30 tabs in each) - no coolers are heard.
