M.2 SSD for what reason may not be recognized in the BIOS?

on the motherboard GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI (generation intel Haswell 1150)
put ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB

Windows 10 sees the disk, I already divided it into sections there.
But the BIOS itself does not see the disk for some reason.
I can not put it as a priority boot.
What could be the problem?

Due to problems with the BCD file, the BIOS may not recognize the disk?
Or is there a bios problem?

Bios has never been updated...

This cannot be so, if you divided the disk into partitions and installed the OS on it, then it is definitely visible in the BIOS.
