LTE modem to replace Huawei 3372h?

I use Huawei 3372h (HiLink), connected to a TP-Link router with OpenWRT. Works amazing, everything suits!
But lately - once every couple of months the modem stops seeing the network, starts blinking green.
You have to remove flash from erasing bad blocks, reflash the modem again. After that, it starts to work - it works for a couple of months and everything repeats.
What would you recommend to replace it with? I can't find an alternative in this price category... I tend to buy a new one, but I'm afraid that the new one will fail.
Requirements - the usual ones - unlock, fix ttl, the ability to change imei, etc.
