It is desirable that up to 2k, and even better up to 1500r, I understand that it is very small, but I am not ready to spend more :)

I support. There are already several examples of buying ZyXEL Keenetic 4G.
There are several models of kinetics. The main thing here is not to get confused.
1. Zyxel Keenetic Lite is the cheapest option. Just a WiFi router. No usb ports. 802.11n at speeds up to 150 Mbps is not suitable for you.
2. Zyxel Keenetic 4G - more expensive. WiFi router with usb port. Only 3/4G modems are supported on usb. 802.11n at speeds up to 150 Mbps - The best option for you.
3. Zyxel Keenetic - even more expensive. What surprises and confuses :) Usb also supports usb flash and hdd. There is a built-in torrent client. 802.11n at speeds up to 300 Mbps
4. Zyxel Keenetic Giga is new. The most expensive option. Same as item 3, but with gigabit lan ports.
It costs around 3200-3500 rubles.
In different models there are other buns. But they have nothing to do with your question.
I take into account that in the linux firmware and there is an SDK, you can modify a lot of things, if you wish.
If you need details zyxel.ru/catalog/soho/center/ethernet
If speeds of 100Mbps and higher are not required, then Dlink dir-320 is suitable, there is USB, there are a lot of custom firmwares.
TP-Link MR3420
-Ethernet-to-WiFi(a\b\g\n)
-3G-to-WiFi
Year of operation no glitches noticed.
I know from my own experience: nothing is cheap for a student, everything is too expensive :)
D-link DIR-620, at a price less than 2k, I think you can give it your all in 1.5. After purchase, you sew in Kinetic, it supports popular 3G modems (by the way, which one do you have?).
You can plug in a WiFi “whistle” (wireless adapter) and share the Internet through it (set up a “home network” in Windows). This is the cheapest option, because students usually do not turn off their desktop computer at all.
With such requirements, I would look at the used market. The D-link dir-320 is best, the one that is not "NRU" and is no longer sold in stores. Prices in MSC start from 700 rubles. www.avito.ru/items/naro-fominsk_kompyuternye_aksessuary_router_d-link_dir-320_52565706
