Short number for receiving sms without charging a subscriber, or with a standard cost

Good afternoon!

Please advise a service or company (preferably Ukrainian, or working with subscribers from Ukraine) that provides a short number for receiving SMS.

The only caveat is that almost all the services that we managed to find withdraw quite a lot of money for sending sms. And I need that sending SMS for the subscriber is free, or does not exceed the cost of sending a standard SMS according to the subscriber's tariff plan .

I looked at the question habrahabr.ru/qa/14447/ , but I did not find an answer there. SMSCoin is not suitable

There are numbers with a cost of about 3 Russian rubles, everything goes to the aggregator, you get nothing, in principle, this roughly corresponds to the price of sending SMS. If you want exactly the same price as the usual sending of SMS, then you probably need to directly negotiate with some large aggregator, and they will agree to this only with large volumes of messages.

Any of the Ukrainian providers that have SMS numbers with such tariffs. Write in a personal, I will advise a few and, depending on your wishes, I will advise the best provider.

I was looking for a solution for this problem myself. Short numbers are not an option (there will always be more than the cost of a regular SMS for a user). Two options:
- a virtual number (you need to be a good friend with some operator, in general, not for mere mortals)
- buy a regular SIM card + modem + software for receiving and processing SMS (google, there are a lot of such solutions).
