How can I find out which sites/services my phone number is attached to?

Hello.
A very urgent, insanely important question.
The phone was not paid for a long time, then the number was simply blocked, after which the green operator gave the number to the previous operator, and he (the red operator) then disconnected from the telephone base. And now the phone is on sale.
There is a question for this. In light of this crazy situation, I am now changing passwords and phone numbers in banks, wallets.
But how can I find out where else I could leave my phone number, in what services, websites, how and where? Maybe there are services where you enter a phone number, and sites where this number is available are displayed to you.
Help plz.

Go to the red operator and write an application for restoration. They can return. I restored it from the striped operator. The case is like yours. I got it back (with a recovery fee). We contacted the head office and translated through them. In the application, rest on the fact that bank cards are connected to the number - a security breach - hacking is possible - theft of money - and so on. I think they will go to a meeting, even if the case is not quite standard. Everywhere people work.

And how do you imagine it?
You registered, for example, on my site. Should I give access to the database to everyone, so that they check for a certain phone?

In general, you can find out through your personal account if you have access.
