ls hangs on a small number of files. What to do?

ls -f in the root outputs about 30-40 files
ls hangs tightly
mc hangs
iotop at this time gives out
Total DISK READ: 78.00 B/s | Total DISK WRITE: 48.19 K/s
jbd2/md2-8 hangs in the top
The problem appeared recently, what to do is not clear.

@brutal_lobster

ls run on md2?
Look at what exactly hangs, logs and stuff

strace ls
dmesg
cat /proc/mdstat
mdadm --detail /dev/md2

@inkvizitor68sl

cat /proc/mdstat
Your raid is synching.
And, including telepathy, you are hosted in hetzner, use old servers with SATA-II disks (for example, EX60 or something older - some EQ), you need to throw your server in the trash and rent a human EX40 with SATA-III disks ( which are 6gbps).

Yes, hetzner.
cat /proc/mdstat everything is ok, as far as I understand,
EX40 does not sync with us
