Low-level site monitoring in Zabbix

Good afternoon. I need to monitor many sites from different parts of the world. I want to use zabbix because I have little experience with it. There will be many sites and they will be added, apparently, constantly. Because will be monitored from different points, nothing comes to mind how to use two or more zabbix servers.
So, in order not to start sites on each zabbix server, I wanted to somehow attach a low-level definition to this case. There is a script that gives a list of sites in json format and everything seems to be fine, but there is no mention of Web monitoring in the "Discovery rules" tab.
Another solution comes to mind, this is to use the Zabbix API, but at first I wanted to try it through a low-level definition.
Maybe someone has done something similar?
PS:
I would like to hear a comment from @alexvl if possible , because from him there were quite good articles on Zabbix.
