Lost internet on laptop. how to fix?

windows 8, after turning on the laptop, everything is fine, but after a while, random Internet pages stop opening (ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID, or something else) either with wi fi or by cable. After several page reloads, they can also be opened, but this is how lucky. I use chrome. Internet also disappears on other browsers. I tried to log in from other people's wi fi, the same thing, it turns out the problem is in the laptop. I haven’t done any fraud with the Internet before, except for resetting the internet explorer browser settings. I checked for viruses, everything is clean. The Internet appears only after restarting the laptop. How to fix it?

Check for viruses (better with LiveCD)
Clear cache dns, arp. Reset winsocks ( support.olympus.ru/diagnostic/not-open-site#winsock )
