search for text in large files (doc or docx) with pictures.

doc and docx are Microsoft formats, there may be problems with them, Openoffice is generally friendly with docx every other time, what about other free ones. Convert to pdf on your computer (for example, pdfprint virtual printer if in windows),
and look for pfd reader, for example iPhone PDF Expert
