What are the web-app testing services for iOS?

Browserstack has recently become non-functional at all.
I don’t have a device at hand, but I know that it has a floating bug.
Tell me the services / programs / methods that work on the principle of Browserstack, i.e. the real iOS is booting up, and there is some kind of emulator, as if the device is in front of you, and not just an iframe or like in Chrome Dev Tools "Mobile Preview".
Are there normal services or other methods?
