Looking for an alternative to AnVir Task Manager?

I’ve been using it for several years, I was satisfied, but the project apparently died, the author’s trace caught a cold - there have been no updates for more than a year, there are plenty of bugs and there is no one to fix it.
The main thing from what is needed:

1. Monitoring and control of adding to autorun, so that all secluded places are taken into account.
   
2. Possibility to set delayed startup.
   
3. Display of live icons in the tray for monitoring system load (CPU, network, RAM) with detailed pop-ups.
   
4. Detailed monitoring of the network, who, what, where, where, when and how much with the possibility of manual blocking.
   
5. well, an extended alternative to the Task Manager.

Autoruns + processmonitor (or it is called something else now) from the former sysinternals look. There are many of your items.

Mdaa ... not a lot somehow, while I settled on System Explorer - everything seems to be there, but there is no main one and no automation is foreseen, it’s wrong to have a talk with the developer, maybe he will add something.
