Task Management

Looking for a software todo and project manager for the office population?

Need software to please the boss.
What they want:

  • the planner should contain plans for the work, affairs and projects of employees in the company (not IT by any means),
  • the boss can distribute tasks, set deadlines, and users can receive appropriate notifications,
  • an employee can mark the completion or stage or why he refuses to do it, do his own tasks / subtasks,
  • tasks/projects can be transferred to another employee (in case of illness, dismissal, etc.),
  • output of reports on completed and not very tasks; let's say Friday night; let's say, to the boss by mail,
  • work on the Internet (better) or in a local area under a Win-server,
  • no foreign words in the interface,
  • well, as always - the freer, the better (although it’s also not clear here - they don’t admit how much they are willing to spend on it)
  • and enikey still wants to take a table with usernames and passwords and other necessary data, upload them to the application described above and get the corresponding accounts at the output, just like in Google Apps.

At the same time, the CRM built into 1C with a scheduler (already installed, configured and ready, in fact, to work) does not suit the boss, because some kind of "-plan" attacks him (her, more precisely) with spam with his services and enticing pictures . And such an option (with 1C), according to enikey, would be very convenient, at least for the sales department (the company is engaged in continuous trade), although it is a little clumsy.
UPD: Has anyone used PlanFix ? According to the requirements - just what you need (unless there is no mass upload of users). And on Habré there are only a couple of links to it.

vTiger CRM? At first glance should satisfy 90%.

*-plan - shit with holes, that's right.
Of the famous taskers: teamer, qtrack (closed, sorry). Basecamp. bitrix24 (everything is better than the plan, and probably the best fit)
For sales, look towards highrise, yes. From Russian amocrm, bitrix24.

We ran into a similar problem last week.
For our small company, it was necessary to find a system of joint project management with all sorts of conveniences.
It is difficult to say how many different services I shoveled until I accidentally stumbled upon Podio (https://podio.com)
In a nutshell, this is something like a social network within a company. It includes an activity feed of all users (like on Facebook, distribution of tasks, a system of messages, likes, comments ... but most importantly, install additional programs from their “store. For example, for project management, chronicles, sales, project stages, etc. They all seem to be free there. After half an hour of testing podio with a colleague, I was already sold.By the way, the system comes with free programs for iPhone/iPad/Android.
This thing itself is absolutely free for up to 5 users. and even after that, you can invite as many employees as you like and they can be aware of general events (not related to projects). After 5 users, the whole thing costs $8 per user (+ $1 for administration). As a result, if a large company, then the price skyrockets. But so far we really like it, although we have not yet decided to fork out or not. Oh yes, and there is also support for the Russian language.
