Long turn on PC?
There was a completely clean Windows set only licensed software. Bios startup time was 8.6. Now I decided to install torrents (photoshop, after effects), there is a licensed antivirus (dr web) and so, the PC began to make more noise and the download time became as much as 9.1. Question: what is the problem and how to solve it?

Do not listen to nonsense about autorun and stuff.
The BIOS boot time is the time of a purely BIOS, it is before Windows starts loading, even if you delete Windows altogether, the time will not change.
The BIOS time may vary slightly due to the number of devices connected. at startup, the bios checks all ports for the presence of devices there. Perhaps you connected a printer/scanner or an external USB drive?
Well, a difference of 0.5 seconds is negligible. There is no point in paying attention.
1. Check the recycling of all processes throughout the operation of the PC. Then - analyze the anomalies.
2. Check with several anti-virus programs and anti-malware utilities.
