Long HDD response time. What to do?

For half a year now, my PC is very slow. I didn't pay attention to it until it started to piss me off. One fine day, I went to the task manager to remove the task I was interested in, and saw that my disk was 100% loaded, and this was due to the fact that I was opening something or doing something at all. After digging into the task manager, I saw "average disk response time" and this value exceeded 2k, after that I started googling a lot about this. Some said it needed to be defragmented, others said it needed to be checked for bad blocks. After defragmentation, nothing changed, and there were no bad blocks. Help me please.5d57a880afa0d474106733.png

If you wish, you can additionally check the HDD with a R.tester , in addition to various read and write tests, it has a diagnostics function based on built-in algorithms.
BUT! If you think that the hard drive may be out of order, then before running any disk tests in any programs, I would advise copying important data somewhere else. Any test is a load on the disk, and if it is not well, then the load can finish it off. After that, in order to extract data, you will most likely have to become our client.
If you have somewhere to copy all the data from the disk in general, or even better, make a full image of it (in order to deploy it again later), then you can do an even more complete test:
In the same R.tester, first run a write test over the entire surface ( it will destroy the data, so first an image or a copy), and then the same full read test. And look at the graphs and the results - this will be a very good check of the condition of the hard drive, available at home and for free.
