Long email signature or not?

Colleagues, Gen. the director believes that the corporate signature in an e-mail should contain, in addition to the contacts themselves, the
company's motto, a description of all our services, links to social networks. networks + a link to the video "about the company" on YouTube and all the certificate icons - a sort of "cunning marketing ploy"

Thus, the signature should consist of 768 characters, 56 lines, 5 icons
How to argue for a concise signature? Or is there something I don't understand

It won't be enough. I would place the Charter and a brief biography of the leadership in the signature.

Firstly, a signature of 5 lines or more is considered bad manners. You can find recommendations in respected sources on this topic.
Secondly, if you cram promotional materials into your signature, this will negatively affect the deliverability of letters, anti-spam will start hitting them.
Thirdly, many programs do not process inline images correctly. as a result, in correspondence, letters with such trash in signatures begin to acquire unnecessary attachments. lost images, exclamation marks, etc. etc. among which it is easy to lose the necessary information.
But in the absence of common sense, any argument is useless. Write your objections to this, ask for an order with an explicit signature if the management does not agree.

In an official letter from an employee of the company, I want to see
1) His full name or surname, so that I know with whom I communicate
2) Position / department / department
3) Personal work phone and general work phone
4) Link to off.site
Everything else is superfluous there , does not carry a semantic load and serves as information noise.
Any videos, company slogans can be placed in the "About the company" section of the site, where it will be much more appropriate.
If the boss turns on a fool - show him how such a letter will look on the screen of a mobile phone, or even better, demonstrate what correspondence looks like with such a signature.

The maximum signature length is three lines, everything else is usually simply ignored.
In an official letter, in my signature:
full name and email address (one line)
Position - I have a long one (second line)
Company name, general and extension phone (third line)
Well, on top - "Respectfully"
All sorts of pictures and other Baidu cuts TB - I'll never see them until I press the button MYSELF :) Links and other advertising texts are a sure way to get into the "Spam" folder or be shot by streaming anti-spam.
