Why won't foundation emails v2 install on Win 10?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
I ran into trouble: zorb foundation-emails is not installed.
After the first steps, it requires installing node modules, but it does not give them under the wild listing of errors.

✓ New project folder created.
✗ Node modules not installed. Try running npm install manually.
✓ Bower components installed.

Noda - worth it.
Gulp - worth it.
What happened to Octopus? I've been with him for the 2nd year, and now I can't install it on a new machine?
Is there a workaround or solution? Please help.
