Long boot Win7 from SSD, where to look?

Installed SSD A-Data SP920 128GB in the system: FX8350, 8gb ram, asus m5a99fx pro r2. I plugged it into sata-6Gb, enabled AHCI in the BIOS. Installed a clean win7, OS boot ok 15 sec. I installed drivers, programs, the download took 25 seconds (from the moment the logo appeared until the desktop loaded). I consider this to be very slow. For on a laptop with an i7 with an SSD, the same Windows starts in 6 seconds with all the junk. The crystal disk produced 480MB of reading and 190MB of writing. What could be the reason?
Addition. formatted the screw. zanogo put naked Windows and all the firewood, except for video and sound. loading 22 sec. I stuck this SSD into an old 6 year old computer (Q6600, MSI p43neo-F, 4GB ram) and put all the firewood again except for video / sound. loading Windows 15 sec!!! WHAT IS THIS!?!?!?! why is that!?!?!?
So. Formatted the screw, installed win7 from a flash drive in uefi mode, booting in less than 10 seconds. I spat, put the same wines 8.1, the download became 7 seconds. The peculiarity of the motherboard turns out to be sharpened for uefi.

Em. I even have a freshly installed win7 x64 from the original image to boot slowly. I think it's not about Windows. Maybe it's in the motherboard settings. Or take the disc for an exchange? Although it gives the declared speeds ...
