How to thoroughly check an SSD?

There is one SSD. He failed, lagged and hung. Victoria had a very long read, write errors.
I made it a Secure erase - it seems like it blew out: it was tested by Victoria in read mode, so far no problems have been noticed, now I'm testing it in write mode.
But before putting it back into operation, I want to make sure that the problem is really gone.
How can you load an SSD for a long time, test it really well?

How to thoroughly check an SSD?

If you need to directly check carefully , then R.tester is well suited: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
You can turn the read / write test graphs into detail to the maximum and examine individual sections in detail by selecting the desired area.
However, taking into account the fact that
It crashed, lagged and hung... recording errors
I wouldn't trust such an SSD with anything of value.
If possible, exchange it under warranty. If not, then either do not store anything of value, or make regular backups. Even fully alive SSDs can die quickly and suddenly, let alone one that has already failed.

Sometimes the appropriate software is offered by the manufacturers themselves. For example, ADATA for its SSDs offers the ADATA SSD Toolbox utility, which includes tests - quick and complete.
I do not rule out that the utility from ADATA will fit for devices from other manufacturers. In any case, I set up TRIM with it on a non-native SSD,
