Dual SSD / SSD+HDD on MacBook Pro 2011?

Good afternoon.
I decided to put an SSD drive on my MacBook Pro (Late 2011), I had installation options and questions that I could not find a clear up-to-date answer.
1) Dual SSD. Put two SSDs (In OptiBay and replacing the old hdd with 5400 rpm). The volume will be less, but the speed will justify. I read that there may be problems with 6Gb / s drives in OptiBay; Has the issue been resolved at the moment or is everything limited to SATA II?
2) SSD + HDD = FusionDrive. More volume, but less speed and it's not entirely clear how the poppy will share the disk for the same BootCamp?
The opinion of those who already use any of the options listed is interesting and will share their opinion on which is preferable. What pitfalls can be? In terms of disks, the choice fell on OCZ or Intel, how do they behave? A large volume on the computer is not important, there is a 3TB TimeCapsule. On the computer, work in lr, ps, fcpx, audition and the like. Sometimes there are games like BF4, FarCry4.

Do they work on MBP 2011? o_O
Even on the latest macbooks of the maximum configuration, there is a rather weak 750M by gaming standards.

I installed as a system KINGSTON SVP200S37A60G it is only 60 GB. Under the system and software enough for the eyes. And especially heavy software can be put in the user's folder. But the /Users folder is on my second screw instead of SD. The usual screw on 1TB. Everything works great. There are no problems with speed.
