Choosing ssd for 1C server on vm Proxmox? My version of a desktop machine for a server?

I want to buy a computer for 1C server.
Processor AMD FX-8370
Motherboard ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R3.0
RAM Kingston HyperX Savage [HX324C11SRK4/32] 32 GB
Power supply Corsair CX 650m [CP-9020103-EU]
Why old socket and old line processor? Because of the number of cores. Prices. And because RYZEN has very bad compatibility at this stage. Everyone is complaining, I'm afraid.
Here I want to start all this on proxmox, and therefore a processor with 8 cores of 4000 MHz.
The server will be 1C 8.3 on linux with postgresql, and therefore 4000 MHz per core.
Under this vm will be allocated 4 cores and 16 gigabytes. (other cores and memory will remain for other vm and tasks.)
There will be about 10 users in 1C. 5 people actually working.
The base is less than 5 gigs.
And here are two questions for the experts.
one). Will this car be viable?
2). Which ssd to choose?
Plextor M8SeY pci-e[PX-256M8SeY
or
Samsung 850 Pro SATA III[MZ-7KE256BW]
Probably without raid 1. There will be regular vm backups to another machine.
The disk load is small. There will be more than 50% free space. I think the resource should be enough for a long time.
Then I'll just buy a similar disk and put it on the shelf for a spare.
Therefore, I will put some 1 ssd without a raid for now.
PS In general, perhaps right now, a sea of criticism will pour. Or maybe someone will say that everything will work fine.
I wrote in order to get something for myself from the comments, and to hear someone's opinion.
What do you think about this implementation and about these two ssds?
.................
Why proxmox? it doesn't look very logical here.
Well, because of the implementation of backups. The whole virtual machine, snapshots, and many different options opens up for a quick recovery.
Well, the second is that there will be a bit of room for another vm. There is a need there.
.................
Trim works in virtual machines and everywhere!
how do i enable trim?
BUT! Many thanks to Artem for the tip ... I did not attach any importance to this.
You noticed, I read. Now I know.
.................
Found a page vk people use proxmox, for different tasks.

1C servers work on office machines on i7 and i5. On physical machines, not on virtual machines - there are no problems. With AMD under the server would not contact.
SSD both - household, not server.
What is the deep meaning of loading a bunch of virtual machines on one machine is not clear. In the event of a failure, say, of the motherboard, what will happen?
You seem to be trying to save other people's money and are preparing problems for yourself in the future.

Will this car be viable?
There is little data - it is not clear how work with 1c will be organized - a file base or a client server, if the client is a server, then which subd? What's the configuration.
Which ssd to choose?
There is not much difference, the Samsung looks a little better.
Probably without raid 1. There will be regular vm backups on another machine.
Reid1 is needed if uninterrupted operation is needed, in other cases it is not needed.
Regarding backups - if the data is valuable, they do it, if it is not valuable, they do not.
In general, perhaps right now, a sea of criticism will pour.
Well, let's put it this way - it's not entirely clear why this should be messed up in the VM. Although there are times when there is such a need.
So why AMD?
In general - explain how and what kind of 1s you plan to install, and what exactly will you place on the SSD?

ssd is better than enterprise class, at least they are designed for high load

SSD then Samsung 960 Pro M.2 - it has a 5-year warranty, and since the mother has an M.2 slot. Well, regular backups go without saying. Since the enterprise does not want / no money (although, in fact, the enterprise iron saves money in the future). So, IMHO, it's better to take the same server hardware and enterprise SSD in the mirror.
