Locally, the MediaWiki engine parses differently than on Wikipedia

I'm trying to understand the syntax and structure of the MediaWiki engine. Everything seems to be clear, I create templates like on Wikipedia locally and see what happens.
There is only one incomprehensible moment.
The template {{Cartoon/Movie}} usually comes second after {{Cartoon/Title}} . For example, you can look at the editing page of the cartoon The Lion King . Now, if you look at the page itself , we will see that on the right, first comes the Cartoon/Title, after the genres comes the Cartoon/Film.

What I don't understand about this template ({{Cartoon/Film}}): it starts with {| those. should be a table. This is how it works for me, after the Cartoon / Header there is a new table and floats to the left, like this. But on Wikipedia itself, for some reason, it ’s completely different .

Sobsno question: why is Wikipedia wrong? How is it so parsed that the table ceases to be a table?

Yes, just like you - there is no gluing tables.
And you can ask on the technical forum of the Russian section.

Perhaps the matter is in the extensions, compare the versions and the availability of extensions there and at home.
